SA Quantum - Case Study

Issue:

The SA Quantum brand was struggling in the South African communication and marketing space.   Its name is one that is frequently used in both the motor vehicle and financial industries.  As a result, interested parties had to search specifically and with determination when looking for information about them.

The Brief:

Update the logo and brand. 

Redesign the website. 

The Results:

What you are about to see was based on qualitative and quantitative research.  We set up research groups externally and internally.  The Internal groups provided information based on the journey of the brand thus far, the services offered,  and an understanding of the industry.  The external groups informed us about their perceptions and experience of the brand.  Why they chose the brand and what they wanted/want from the brand. 

The research was conducted through online  and. face to face platforms. These include questionnaires, focus groups, researching the history of the brand and interviews.
